REFUND POLICY - Saral Associate
At Saral Associate, we take pride in the quality of our products and services and stand firmly behind them. However, we understand that our solutions may not always meet every customer's expectations or specific needs. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Eligibility for Refund
- We offer a 100% refund within 7 days of your original purchase date if you are unsatisfied and we are unable to resolve a critical issue that makes the system unusable.
- All refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
- The refund window is based on your initial purchase only. If you've purchased and refunded previously, repurchases are not eligible for another refund.
Conditions for Refund
- Refunds apply only to first-time purchases of software or digital products.
- Refunds do not apply to subscription renewals. You will receive a reminder email 2 weeks before your renewal date, giving you the opportunity to cancel your subscription in time.
- By accepting a refund, you agree to immediately cease usage of the product and relinquish any license granted to you.
- Refunds are issued only if we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time frame.
- No refunds will be granted for online services such as digital marketing, SEO, paid ad campaigns, or similar services rendered by Saral Techies/Saral Associate.
